All US orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority flat rate within 3-5 business days. Our shipping method is fairly quick with most orders usually arriving before.

Average shipping times within the continental US are 3-5 days. Alaska and Hawaii 6 days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ( Canada / Australia & Other parts of the world )
International orders are shipped USPS Priority Intl and can vary in transit times depending on country/customs. Due to costs ALL International orders are FINAL / Non-Refundable, please use our measurement guide and call/email us to be sure of your size before ordering. We must have verification of your measurements to ensure they are correct before shipping product.
For large orders we may make exceptions on a case by case basis regarding an exchange. See our policy below.
Shipping outside the US can only be tracked to the point the item leaves the US. Please verify your address information is correct and do not use temporary or vacation addresses as this can possibly result in your package being returned to sender. In this event Brilliant Contours is not responsible for the costs associated nor are we responsible for the costs associated in sending out the order again.

Average shipping times to Australia and Canada run from 10-20 days depending on Customs approvals within the country of destination. Brilliant Contours is not responsible for any possible VAT fees, Additional postage fees or delays associated with Customs & shipping centers at the country of destination. Please check with your local Postal Office to see if any possible international fees apply before ordering.
Brilliant Contours is required by US Federal tax law to charge 8.6% sales tax to Arizona residents. Your items will be charged this amount at checkout.

After your order is placed we try to contact all our customers to assist with sizing. We want to make sure you get what you need the first time whenever possible. We understand things change or the wrong size gets ordered from time to time though. In the event you need to return or exchange an item the following conditions apply:
~ Returns & Exchanges are valid within 30 days of purchase. (If outside this window please contact us)
~ If Exchanging, please measure yourself (per our instructions) to figure out your correct size. We can help you with this!
~ Returns / Exchanges must be sent back to us in NEW / ORIGINAL Condition. Used or dirty garments will not be accepted.
~ Please take care when trying the product on, especially if you have recently had an operation.
~ Due to health codes, we cannot accept garments with blood stains on them.
~ Please prevent smoke and deodorant from getting on the garments.
~ Items that do not meet health & hygiene standards will not be accepted. (Ex. Stains, Deodorant or Smoke)

We can often process your request faster if we have some information before hand.
Refunds on returned items will be issued to the same method of payment used for purchase. Depending on your bank, credit card refunds will be posted to your account in 5-8- business days.
