All US orders are shipped USPS Priority flat rate within 3-5 business days. Our shipping method is fairly quick with most orders usually arriving before.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ( Canada / Australia & Other parts of the world )
International orders are shipped USPS Priority Intl and can vary in transit times depending on country/customs. Due to costs ALL orders are FINAL / Non-Refundable, please use our measurement guide and call/email us to be sure of your size before ordering. We must have verification of your measurements to ensure they are correct before shipping product.
For large orders we may make exceptions on a case by case basis regarding an exchange. See our policy below.
Shipping outside the US can only be tracked to the point the item leaves the US. Please verify your address information is correct and do not use temporary or vacation addresses as this can possibly result in your package being returned to sender. In this event Brilliant Contours is not responsible for the costs associated nor are we responsible for the costs associated in sending out the order again.

Average shipping times to Australia and Canada run from 10-20 days depending on Customs approvals within the country of destination. Brilliant Contours is not responsible for any possible VAT fees, Additional postage fees or delays associated with Customs & shipping centers at the country of destination. Please check with your local Postal Office to see if any possible international fees apply before ordering.
Brilliant Contours is required by US Federal tax law to charge 8.6% sales tax to Arizona residents. Your items will be charged this amount at checkout.

Ordering the correct size of clothing online can be challenging which is why we strongly encourage customers to follow our sizing guidelines as well as contact us for assistance. Should you need to exchange your product for a different size though we are happy to help. Just make sure of the following:
~ You measured yourself to get the best possible idea of what size you may be. Instructions can be found here: WHAT’S MY BRA SIZE?
~ The product must be UNWORN, UNWASHED and not USED. It’s ok to try on though. Keep all Hang Tags.
~ Please take care when trying the product on, especially if you have recently had an operation.
~ Due to health codes, we cannot accept garments with blood stains on them. Obviously!
~ Prevent perfume, smoke and deodorant from damaging garments. This includes blood stains if you’ve recently had an operation.
~ Items that do not meet our hygiene & health standards will not be accepted. (Ex. Stains, Deodorant or Smoke) You will be required to purchase a new item if this is the case.
~ We will cover the cost to ship out a new size to you. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the original garment back to us.
To initiate an exchange simply fill out the enclosed card that came with your order and send back with the product to the address below. We also recommend informing us of your exchange, by sending an email to: [email protected] Once we receive your exchange we will make arrangements to get your new size to you as soon as possible. We understand there can be special circumstances and will provide exceptions on a case by case basis.

For many orders the return shipping costs outweigh the order value so therefore sales are final. However, for large orders we may make an exception if you need to exchange for a different size but we reserve the right to decide to do so. All the above requirements still apply. Please contact us first to determine if you qualify. You are responsible for shipping costs. This is why we stress the importance of following our sizing guidelines and contacting us for assistance. In some cases we may ask for more information to help verify measurements are taken correctly.

We understand there are sometimes cases when a product needs to be returned. In order to receive a refund on your purchase the following conditions apply:
You must return to us within 30 days of purchase.
Returned Items past 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The product must be UNWORN, UNWASHED and not USED. Keep all Hang Tags.
Please take care when trying the product on, especially if you have recently had an operation.

Original Shipping paid is non-refundable. Only the cost of the item(s) is refundable.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
Once your return is received, the garment will be inspected. When we decide if there is a refundable amount, it will be issued to the card used for purchase. Depending on your bank, credit card refunds will be posted to your account in 5-8- business days.
Since return shipping costs are not covered by us we recommend sending via USPS First Class Mail – This is usually the most affordable option depending on order size/weight.
